Tips for working with AI

Below, you will find general and specific advice that we recommend that you follow in order to get the best results.

General advice

Always provide as much useful information as possible. The more content AI has, the better the result will be.

Ensure that your content is clear, direct, and contains only genuinely useful facts. Avoid or strip out any details that convey nothing of value.

AI is not perfect - do not simply trust it to get everything right. Always review anything that it has created.

State key details succinctly

If something matters, say it plainly, for example:

  • Contact details: “Email: …”, “Phone: …”
  • Location: “City: …”
  • Dates: “Follow-up on …”
  • Profession: “He’s a surveyor.”
  • Applicant info: “Looking to buy…”, “Budget…”

If something isn’t known or clearly stated, leave it out.

Avoid hiding facts in long narratives

Short, factual sentences work better.

Good:

“Met today. Wants a 3-bed in Brooklyn. Budget $600k.”

Poor:

“We had a long chat and she’s thinking maybe she could move somewhere bigger around Brooklyn.”

Avoid vague information when possible

  • “Next Friday” will often be converted to a date.
  • “In January sometime” may be misinterpreted.

Use lists when you have related values

For example, if you write:

  • “Mobile: …”
  • “Landline: …”
  • “Alt email: …”

Then AvaroAI will store the primary value and place the rest in notes. If these are buried in long prose, they may be missed.

Formatting isn’t important

You don’t need to use templates, strict phrasing, or perfect spelling and grammar.

Free-form notes, rough sentences, or short bullet points are fine. Just ensure it is clear to a human reader.
