Reports give you visibility into how your organization is performing — how active your team is, how your revenue is tracking, and where each listing stands in the transaction process.
Reports are refreshed periodically and each page shows when the data will next update.
The Activity Report gives you a picture of how much work is being done across your organization, and how each team member is contributing. Navigate to Reports → Activity.
Use the Filter dropdown at the top of the page to choose the time period you want to review. You can filter by:
All figures on the page update to reflect the selected period. Each metric also shows the equivalent figure from the previous period so you can see at a glance whether activity is trending up or down.
The metrics section shows four organization-wide counts for the selected period:
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Listings | New listings created |
| Viewings | Viewings scheduled |
| Offers | Offers recorded |
| Completions | Listings that reached completion |
Each metric shows an up or down arrow when the figure has changed compared to the previous period.
The leaderboard breaks down the same metrics by individual team member, so you can track each person’s productivity. It also includes two revenue figures:
The top performer in each column is highlighted with a crown. Figures that have increased since the previous period are shown in green; figures that have decreased are shown in red.
The Performance Report focuses on revenue and the progression of your listings through the transaction pipeline. Navigate to Reports → Performance.
Use the Filter dropdown to select the year you want to review. Unlike the Activity Report, the Performance Report filters by year only.
The metrics section shows six figures for the selected year, each compared against the previous year:
Revenue
| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Received revenue | Total invoiced amounts that have been marked as received, from active or closed listings, within the selected year |
| Total expected revenue | Commission calculated from active listings that have an exchange date on or before the end of the selected year |
| Total anticipated revenue | Commission calculated from active listings that have an agreement date on or before the end of the selected year |
The difference between these three figures reflects where your deals currently stand. Anticipated revenue is the broadest figure — it includes any listing where terms have been agreed. Expected revenue narrows this to listings that have exchanged. Received revenue is only what has actually been invoiced and paid.
Transaction milestones
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Completions | Active or closed listings with a completion date in the selected year |
| Exchanges | Active or closed listings with an exchange date in the selected year |
| Agreements | Active or closed listings with an agreement date in the selected year |
The pipeline table shows each active listing that has reached at least one milestone — agreement, exchange, or completion — within or before the selected year. It is intended as a live view of deals in progress.
For each listing the pipeline shows:
Once a listing has completed and its status has been set to Closed (or Cancelled), it will no longer appear in the pipeline. Keep listing statuses up to date to ensure the pipeline remains accurate.
